Pairing Troubled Youth with Fishermen
More than 40 boats hit the waters of the C.J. Strike Reservoir Sunday afternoon for the "Scales of Justice" bass fishing tournament. The event paired troubled youth from southern Idaho with professional fisherman. Orgnaizers hope to teach the troubled teens not only a life-long sport but how to be more productive members of society.
